This book is an interesting perspective on picking up women.  It is short and to the point and goes over the many styles with their advantages and disadvantages.

Also goes over the different types of women and what to avoid. 

Concise rules like:

Never talk down on another player.

Never use sympathy to try to pull females.

This is shear genius.  If you watch this and don’t laugh then you haven’t experienced love yet.

What are you doing to sabotage yourself?

Are you still thinking about your ex?  Are you still thinking she should come crawling back, because you were right?  Are you wasting your life thinking that being right should make her come back?

It is a hard lesson to learn that being "right" won’t make you popular or desirable, especially to women.  You will just end up "right" and alone.

Whatever happened is done, right or wrong, good or bad, it is over.  It didn’t keep you together then and it won’t bring you back together now or in the future.  If you want to get her back or just move on, you need to do the same thing.  You need to move on and put your life back together.  Women are not attracted to weak men who wallow in self pity, pining after them.  They are attracted to confident men whose lives’ are interesting and full.  You need to put your life back on track and start filling it with interesting things.  You need to succeed in your goals.  You do have goals don’t you?  Women can also smell lack of ambition from miles away.  You need to improve yourself and your life in order to attract more women.

You may think that women like to be chased, but this isn’t so.  Women like to chase.  If you are always available and there for them, they will run all over you and dump you for someone who isn’t.  Fill your life with fun, important activities and projects and put them before the women in your life.  Schedule your meetings around your activities, not instead of them.

Fix you.  Get your priorities straight.  Never put them in front of you or your life.  You are more important than them.  And this is what will draw them to you.  Most men put them on a pedestal, but you should be putting you and your life on the pedestal.  This will cause them to want to share the pedestal with you.  The harder you make it to get up there with you the more they will want to be there.  Don’t cave and if you let them visit your pedestal make sure to knock them back off, so that they will want back up on it again.

You are number one.

You gotta love Jeff.  If Walter doesn’t make you laugh then you have some deep issues.  Appearances by Peanut, Achmed and Jose Jalapeno make this well worth watching.

This is a really good book.  Short at only about 180 pages, but to the point.  Gives you ways to test people and convince people to see things your way.  Gives you suggested ways and examples and also the psychology behind how it works so you can take it and run with it.

This book is not specifically geared towards women or dating, but has ways to influence and figure out what is going on in all areas of your daily life.

You should be able to pick this book up for around $10.

I recommend this book and give it 4 out of 5 stars.  This is something that should be on your reading list.

This was an interesting book and a quick read.  It talks about becoming the Alpha.  Her main point seems to be that you get there by leading, taking initiative and facing any obstacles.

It is written by a woman and mainly is focused on long term relationships.  So she talks about finding the type of woman that you want and persisting.

I give it 2.5 out of 5 stars.

You can learn a few things, but not really a great starter guide if you are new to game.

Jeff is a funny guy.  Need some entertainment to get your mind off of the real world, this is it.  This DVD features Walter, Peanut, Jose Jalapeno, Bubba J and Sweet Daddy Dee.

Personally I like Walter the best, because he takes no shit.  I never seem to tire of the Jalapeno on a stick either.

Take a break and enjoy it!

This book is a worth while read.  If you are looking into the art of pickup it is sure to come up.  It is a story though and not a training manual.  You can glean some general principles from it, but mostly you will get that the skills of a pickup artist will not solve all your problems.

The book reports an interesting dynamic of the people who are out there teaching these skills.  As far as skill wise the book is not much more than a starting point to get you going and an encouragement to show you that even the reportedly great pickup artists didn’t start out that way and certainly are not perfect people because of their skills.

It presents some starting principles, some hope for those who feel hopeless and warnings for those who think that pickup will be the end all of your problems.

I give it a 3 out of 5 mainly because I would have preferred more instruction and less story.

Interesting read.  Kind of short to put any real value on.  You may just want to spend 15 minutes in a bookstore reading it.  If you love “How I met your Mother” and Barney get it to fill out your collection.

Ok, so I had a mini-revelation over the weekend.  My friend set me up on a double date to meet one of his wife’s friends.  She was a nice person and seemed to be fun loving.  Problem was I felt no attraction.

After the lunch my friend asked for feedback on whether I was interested or not.  I found myself being wishy-washy and my friend was smart enough to nail me down on it and get the not interested out of me.

Why was I not decisive?  Was it my last bad relationship?  Was it that I did not want to offend my friend or his wife?  Did I maybe think that any relationship would at least be practice?  It was probably a little of all of them.

After I got to no, I thought back on it and could see that for many reasons no was the correct answer.  There is no sense in leading on someone whom you have no interest in.  If you are taking time for a relationship that you believe is going nowhere then you don’t have time for the other things that you need to do.

It made me think of a book that I had just read called Necessary Endings by Henry Cloud.  The book applies to all areas of life, relationship, business etc.  Basically it says that it is a natural process that some things must come to an end so that you can move on to other things.

What dead end activities are you putting your time into that are preventing you from moving forward in your relationships, finances, work etc.?

What friendships do you not enjoy anymore?  Is your job holding you back?

We do a lot of things that kill time, but provide little benefit.  TV, movies, eating out and video games just to name a few.   I am not saying that you don’t need some entertainment or human interaction.  I am saying that you probably spend to much time entertaining yourself and you should want to change some of your activities to line up with your current goals.

What you don’t have any goal?  Well why are you here?  Don’t you want to find new women to interact with?  Have you read a relationship book, taken a seminar or even just talked about how to interact with women with your friends?  Pick something and start doing it.  If you think you don’t have time or money, it is because you have chosen to invest in something else.  If that does not align with your goals any more you need to shift your time and money so that it is being used to get you where you want to go.

If it’s not women, but skydiving, becoming a pilot or learning a new language you need to make it a priority if it is going to happen.  We all have short term things that keep us from things for awhile, but these should be be things like a court date, not playing poker 3 nights a week.

Only you can determine how to spend your time and resources.  If what you are doing now is not working then only you can change that.  Start making changes immediately and the momentum towards your goal will accelerate.

Get it done.
